-  Lash Proper Cancelation Policy is 48hrs notice. Cancelation without 48hrs notice will result in a 50% cancelation fee.

-ALL clients must have a Valid Credit Card on file.

-Same day cancelations will result in a 50% appointment charge. 

-NO SHOW appointments will be charged 50% to the required card on file and will no longer be taken as clients. 

- Lash Bed can hold up to 250lbs

-Retention fees are clearly listed under the appointment description. Clients with less than 30 lashes per eye will be charged for a fullest of lashes.

- Clients with damaged lashes will be given the option to have damaged lashes removed and replaced with extra product during their service. This is OPTIONAL, you do have the choice to leave damaged lashes however your overall look will be affected. Typically, damaged lashes can last 2-4 weeks and need to properly grow out before they are removed as part of your normal appointment.

1.Damaged Lashes include lash fans that have lost curl due to heat and steam exposure.

2.Damaged Lashes include lash fans with makeup residue that cannot be cleaned and is causing extra weight or discoloration of glue.

3.Damaged Lashes include classic and volume fans that are singed from heat and open flames. Damaged Lash Replacement Fee is $10.

-Please come prepared with your text messages sent, emails checked and eye makeup off. Every minute during your appointment contributes to how full your lashes are by the end of your appointment. We want our clients to be happy with the quality of work, and therefore cannot guarantee the quality if clients are unprepared or LATE to their appointment.

-At this time, we are not accommodating minors.  Clients must be 18 years of age.

-No children under the age of 8 will be allowed to be present during appointments. 

-Consultations are not required however it is strongly suggested.

-If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately. We will professionally remove lashes free of charge for select clients. Allergic reactions are rare and typically happen with in a 48-hour window from the initial appointment. NO REFUND. We do offer a consultation with FREE allergy test for this exact reason. Unfortunately, reactions are an unforeseen occurrence that neither the client nor lash tech could have predicted.  It is for this reason no exceptions will be allowed when it comes to a refund. HOWEVER, I personally meet to take lashes off on my off hours and do not charge. 

-NO REFUNDS will be permitted as fullness depends on natural lashes, and appointment take time that cannot be refunded to the lash artist. 

-Clients who request OFF HOURS will be charges a $15 Emergency Appointment Fee.

-Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. 

-To help prepare for your appointment please arrive on time with a clean eye area. We want to make sure the majority of your appointment is spent applying lashes instead of cleaning lashes for application. 

-Ask questions, especially if you are nervous.

-The process is typically painless and enjoyable. 

-Clients who are unsuited for lash extensions include clients that are anxious, unable to relax, or unable to lay flat on their back for up to 2hrs. And clients who weigh over the 250lb lash bed limit.

LASH EXTENSIONS

-It is normal to lose 2-5 lashes per day.

-Lashes will grow until their adult stage of life and naturally shed,being replaced by a shiny new baby lash. As the lash life cycle continues, touch up appointments are typically required every 3 weeks on average.

-The average  life span of lash extensions:

Week 1- 100% Fullness

Week 2- 70% Fullness

Week 3- 50% Fullness 

Week 4- 30% Fullness

-It is normal to lose  a natural lash with an extension still attached.

-It is normal to need a 6 week break from your extensions every so often. We know break-ups can be hard but we do suggest one break per year, allowing lashes to fully replenish themselves.

LIFTS

-It is normal for a lash lift to hold its curl for roughly 6 weeks.

-It is normal for a Brow lift to hold its softness for roughly 8 weeks. 

-Lash lifts are typically booked every 5-7 weeks to maintain results.

-Brow lifts are typically booked every 8 weeks as to not overlap with previous service.

-Its okay to skip the tint portion of the service if desired.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

-Avoid water, steam, sweat, oil. tanning and facials for the first 48hours.

-Wash eyelashes at least every 3 days.

-Wash eyelids and brows regularly to keep oil production from skin.

-Avoid friction, including touching, pulling, rubbing, petting and over combing lashes.

-Avoid cotton products as they often have loose fibers that can tug on lashes. This includes towels, cotton pads, makeup wipes and q-tips.

-Avoid using waterproof makeup and oil based products as they can contribute to loss of retention. 

-Avoid excess heat such as sauna , blow dryer, or open-flames.  

PRO TIPS

-Wash face before or after the shower.

-Cover lashes when facing/looking up at the shower head.

-Silk pillows are a  great option for those who sleep face down into their pillow.

-Daily use of a lash serum can help with both retention and new lash growth.

-Baby your lashes the first week or so but don't forget to enjoy them

LIFTS

-Be gentle with your lashes for the first 24 hours following the Lash Lift service. 

-Do not rub your lashes for 24 hours. 

-Avoid heat for 24 hours following the service.

-Avoid use of contacts for 24 hours following the service. 

-Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours. 

-Do not use eye makeup for at least 24 hours following the Lash Lift service. 

-Periodically brush eyelashes upward using a disposable mascara wand or similar tool, as this can help secure the lift within the first 24 hours. 

-Do not use oils on the lashes as this will cause service breakdown  or straightening of the lashes.  Do not use harsh products or oil-based makeup removers, as this can cause service breakdown. 

-Skip lash growth serums for 24hrs following your appointment.

TINT/HENNA CARE

-Avoid excess washing and exfoliating as this will fade color rapidly.

-Avoid oil base cleansers as this may contribute to faded color.

PRE-APPOINTMENT

-Do not use any aggressive exfoliation on the waxing area.

-Discontinue use of topical acne treatments for 72 hours.

-Discontinue all use of retinoids and for 72 hours.

-Discontinue sunbathing/tanning

for 48 house as waxing is considered a form of exfoliation and can cause skin to burn at a deeper level.

POST-APPOINTMENT

-Keep area clean and dry for the first 24 hours.

-Avoid irritants such as exfoliating, sun tanning or steam/saunas for 48 hours.

-Avoid sweat and oil for the first 24 hours if prone to waxing breakouts.

-Avoid tweezing at home in order to maintain a wax schedule.
